Presentation of the CI-IADE 2026 conference

The International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Applied to Education (CI-IADE) is a major scientific event organized by INP-HB.

The global educational landscape is undergoing a profound transformation driven by the digital revolution. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science (DS) are emerging as powerful levers for addressing historical challenges in education (access, quality, equity, personalization) and rethinking educational models. This international conference positions itself as a response to current issues by creating a framework for multidisciplinary exchange. It aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, policy makers, industry leaders, and students to take stock of the state of the art, share innovations, discuss ethical, societal, technical, and pedagogical challenges, and outline the future prospects of AI and DS in all sectors of education, from preschool to specialized vocational training.

General Objective

To create an international platform for scientific dialogue and exchange of experiences on the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science into education systems and their individual and societal cognitive impacts.

Specific Objectives

Take stock of research and innovation in AI and SD for education.

Identify and analyze the challenges (ethical, technical, infrastructural, pedagogical, cognitive, and societal) associated with their adoption.

Explore the concrete opportunities offered by these technologies to improve learning, teaching, administration, and management of education systems.

Promote partnerships between academia, industry, and public institutions.

Formulate practical recommendations and priority research topics for the Ivorian, African, and broader contexts.
